We regularly provide End of Tenancy Cleans to local letting agents, private landlords and tenants who have moved out.

Once the property has been vacated, we will provide a thorough clean to all areas. The property will be cleaned from top to bottom, to the highest possible standard for the new tenants.

Throughout The Property
Skirting boards, doors, door handles, radiators, remove cobwebs, light switches, electric sockets, hoover (incl. edges) & wash floors

Kitchen & Utility Room
All cupboard fronts & insides, tiles, sinks, drainer, taps, fronts of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge. Inside of fridge (only if empty) & wash floors. (Oven & hob can be cleaned at an extra cost of £35)

Bathroom & En-suite
Clean bath, sink, toilet including base & pipes, mirror, shelves, shower screen includes lime-scale removal, all accessories & wash floor.

Bedrooms
Dust all areas & hoover.

Hall, Stairs & Landing
Dust & hoover (wash floors if required).

For that total clean we can also deep clean any carpeted area. Also window cleaning service is also available which will include cleaning of frames & sill, both charged at an extra cost.

The whole process is completely hassle free for our client as we supply all cleaning equipment & chemicals. On booking all we require is the address and information regards to access of the property and leave the rest to us.
